TOS
By receiving anything from me you automatically agree to my TOS. It is your responsibility to read this before accepting anything from me. I do not have to show it to you for you to read it. Please note that if you do not agree to this, you will not be able to commission, purchase any of my designs or participate in giveaways. Not abiding by these simple rules will get you blocked and blacklisted. Don't recieve my art or designs if you disagree with my TOS.
ALL of these rules apply as of [9/05/2023].

• I will always require payment before the work is done.(right before lineart)
• I do NOT do refunds after a piece is completed. I will only issue a refund if I haven't begun lining your commission. (reference sheets are the exception, i will not do refunds or cancelations for a reference sheet)
• I have the right to cancel your commission or refund you at any given point for any reason.
• I have the right to decline/reject any commission request.
• You may re-post your commission with proper accreditation.
• ALWAYS tell me if you are unhappy with something, i am more then happy to edit or start a art piece over
• I have no set start and due date. However, most commissions take about 4 days to 2 weeks and no longer than 2 months at the absolute most.
• (Toyhouse) i can not stop you but i would appreciate if you didn't put a large watermark on my art
• (outside of Toyhouse) you may not not put a water mark on my art
• DO NOT use my art for AI!
• You DO NOT have the right to mint/sell my art for NFT.DESIGNS
➤ YOU MAY...• Resell designs no more than what they were bought for or currently worth if they have art. (only commissioned and personal art will add value, trades or gifted/free art will not)
• Trade or gift my designs to others.
• Re-post and upload my art with proper accreditation.
• Make re-designs as long as it's recognizable from the original. Do NOT delete or make original design separate from re-design.➤ YOU MAY NOT...
• Resell design for an inflated price.
• Make copies of the design.
• Charge someone to co-own the design.
• Add your own rules to the design.
• Edit over my art/designs without permission from me. I am usually happy to edit anything just ask.
• Private one of my designs on Toyhou.se without authorizing me/giving me a key (this is to make sure my designs stay on toyhou.se)
• You DO NOT have the right to take my designs off of ToyHou.se without permission from me
• you DO NOT have the right to turn my designs into or use my designs as heavy inspiration for a species, open or closed without permission from me.
• You DO NOT have the right to mint/sell my designs for NFT.
• DO NOT use my art for AI!BLACKLIST
I rarely blacklist anybody. I usually just hard block or soft block. If you have any concerns about individuals who have commissioned me or purchased one of my designs, contact me via Instagram or Toyhouse. If you believe you have been "blacklisted" or blocked, feel free to contact me or have a friend do it for you.
• backing out of a commission/back out bidding will not get you blacklisted IF you make me aware you would like to back out
